"Very disappointed ! Customs claimed 20,00 euros during delivery (for a value of 46,95 euros. . . ). I refused to pay this amount and the parcel. Additionnally, the shippings costs were very expensive: 19,95 euros. . . What can I do now to get my money back ? Or do you have a solution to avoid so high custom taxes ?
